The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is one of the world’s oldest and most respected international gastronomic societies, dedicated to preserving the traditions of fine cuisine, hospitality and the art of the table. Founded in France and represented in more than 80 countries, membership is associated with culinary excellence, refinement and a deep respect for French gastronomic heritage.

Under Alain Bohn’s direction, the dining experience onboard reflects these values through refined menus inspired by the regions travelled, carefully balanced flavours, seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully selected French wines.

The head chefs are members of the Maitres Cuisiniers de France association and of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. Some of them worked in the kitchens of 3-star Michelin restaurants.
