Itinerary

STRASBOURG - OBERWESEL - RÜDESHEIM - MANNHEIM - Heidelberg - STRASBOURG

Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6 p.m. We’ll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. Tonight, enjoy an Alsatian-themed evening with a traditional sauerkraut dinner.

Included excursion: Boat tour of Strasbourg. Join us for a tour of the city leaving from the CroisiEurope dock. We'll begin with the Old Town and the iconic Petite France area with its canals, colorful half-timbered houses, and narrow streets. We’ll continue on to the German quarter, a very interesting urban creation composed of large open squares and broad, tree-embellished avenues. Lastly, we'll visit the European quarter, where institutions such as the Council of Europe and the European Parliament are located.
After our excursion, we’ll return on board for lunch.
This afternoon's included excursion is a show at the Royal Palace Music Hall in Kirrwiller. We'll set out by coach for Kirrwiller and the famous Royal Palace Music Hall. Walk through the doors to one of France's top three music halls and discover the exceptional universe within. The Royal Palace Music Hall in Kirrwiller has been welcoming some of the biggest cabaret stars from around the world since 1980. Big and small alike will love this extraordinary, fast-paced musical show. We'll return to the ship at the end of the afternoon. We’ll begin to cruise to Oberwesel.

We’ll cruise the currents of the romantic Rhine Valley, passing by the cities of Worms and Mainz before arriving near Sankt Goar and the legendary rock of the Lorelei. A subject of many literary works and poems, the rock is most famously associated with the myth of a beautiful maiden who threw herself from its heights in despair, only to be transformed into a siren who lures fishermen to their deaths.

We'll arrive in Oberwesel. Included excursion: Reichenstein Castle and lunch with a medieval flair, including music from the era.(1) The oldest parts of the building suggest that the castle was built in the early 11th century, and it is a showcase of German Romanticism in the valley.
We’ll return on board in Bingen and begin to cruise to Rüdesheim.
The famous Drosselgasse with its numerous cafés, bars, and music awaits you. This evening, indulge in the famous Rüdesheimer Kaffee, Germany's version of Irish Coffee. It's on us!

We’ll cruise up the Rhine to Mannheim.
ONBOARD CONTEST.(1)

During this "history and delicacy" tour, your guide will bring the city to life through celebrities and figures from its pas and he will tell you their history, including that of corporate students and the famous “Studentenkuss” that you can taste.
We’ll return on board the ship in Mannheim. Enjoy an evening of entertainment on board. Tonight is our festive gala.

Enjoy breakfast on board this morning before disembarking at 9:00 a.m.
